The hotel had a great location in the city, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good view from the window. the breakfast buffet was varied and offered a lot of local dishes to try.
The overall experience was not great. the staff was unresponsive and seemed not to care about the guests' needs.

The upgraded room we stayed in was newly decorated and much better than the standard room. It was definitely worth the extra RMB100. The room rates were quite reasonable compared to other hotels in the same star category.
The internet access was very limited, only available through the hotel's computer and unable to access email or most websites. The air conditioning was not effective and made the room uncomfortably hot for sleeping.
